Important message about deliveries during the COVID19 pandemic

We will offer a contactless delivery service. We will not be able to enter into your home. We will deliver the products to your doorstep.


Our home delivery service is offered at a fixed price based on your delivery address. One of our associates will contact you two days before your delivery date to confirm all details of your delivery. On delivery day, the carrier will confirm the receipt of the goods 30 minutes before their arrival.

If you are not available for scheduled delivery, you will be charged additional delivery charges for rescheduling or canceling delivery on the day of your scheduled delivery and/or once your order is in transit.


The carrier is not responsible for product-related problems. If you notice a defect in your goods, refuse delivery or contact us before the carrier leaves your premises to ensure that the appropriate measures are taken. We will not accept claims after delivery has been made.

All our appliances come with a one-year warranty.
This warranty applies only to domestic use of our products. It does not cover normal wear and tear, product discolouration due to exposure to light, shrinkage or pilling of materials, or misuse of the product.


Delivery personnel are not responsible for the inspection, assembly, or installation of your appliances. We will take back appliances only upon delivery and if they are clean and disinfected. The customer must ensure safe access for the personnel and the delivery vehicle (including an appropriate parking space). Any object obstructing the access must be removed before delivery. The customer is responsible for measuring door frames, hallways, and stairwells to ensure that the products will fit through easily.

Upon delivery, there will be no modification to the door frames, door trim, moldings, or fixtures to allow the passage of products. If the merchandise does not fit through access points, delivery costs will not be refunded and you will be charged a return fee. Delivery personnel will not remove their safety boots. Please provide protection for your floors.


To ensure a safe and efficient delivery, make sure to measure the height and width of relevant hallways and access points in your home, including stairwells and elevators, if applicable.
