A weight loss and sensory evaluation test based on the "overall acceptability" parameter, used to determine shelf life, was carried out by Intertek on carrot, freshly cut iceberg, fresh-cut tomato, strawberry, salami and Kashar cheese samples stored in the AeroFlow crisper and the control refrigerator (without AeroFlow technology) for 12 days. The results were evaluated by comparing samples stored on the bottom front shelf of the refrigerators.
