The basic warranty is 6 months
We offer extended warranties on most of our products, this covers additional coverage that includes all parts and labor for the predetermined amount of time.
The warranty is for products that are for domestic and personal use only, it does not cover products used in professional or commercial environments.
Reused product
All products have cosmetic defects and/or missing parts so are sold as seen and these defects will be noted upon in-store inspection at the time of purchase. Extended warranties may be purchased for an additional fee at the time of product purchase and cannot be added after delivery, but exclude coverage for existing defects or missing parts.

Exclusions and warranty for reused product
Refrigerator: All water and ice machines are not covered by warranty and no verification is done so no confirmation that it works. No service or exchange request will be accepted for a water or ice machine that is not functional.
Stove : 110 volt outlets are not guaranteed and no promise that they will work. No service or exchange requests will be accepted for a non-functional 110 volt outlet.
Washer Dryer Dishwasher : Hoses, stacking kit and dishwasher installation kit are not included with the products. No installation or uninstallation is available
Delivery and Damages
You will receive a message on your phone or email the day before your delivery indicating your delivery position. The same day you will be able to track the delivery truck and the delivery people will contact you 30 minutes before your delivery. In the event that you are absent at this time, delivery and administration fees will be applicable.
We do our best when delivering products to reduce damage. It may happen that an item is damaged during delivery. It is very important to inspect the item upon receipt. If you accept the product upon delivery, no claim or compensation can be requested and will not be accepted by EconoPlus later. You must notify the delivery people and they will take photos and contact their superiors immediately.
Service request
All service requests must be made online in the service request section. You will need to provide us with all the requested information so that we can process your request. A return will be made within 24 to 48 hours. Any service request that is not caused by your device will be subject to travel costs.
