Delivery and Damage
You will receive a message on your phone or email the day before your delivery indicating your delivery location. The same day you will be able to follow the delivery truck and the delivery people will contact you 30 minutes before your delivery. In the event that you are absent at that time, delivery and administration costs will apply.
We do our best when delivering products to minimize damage. It may happen that an item is damaged during delivery. It is very important to inspect the item upon receipt. If you accept the product upon delivery, no complaints or compensation can be requested and will not be accepted by EconoPlus later. You must notify the delivery people and they will take photos and communicate with their superiors immediately.
Service request
All service requests must be made online in the service request section. You will need to give us all the information requested so that we can process your request. A return will be made within 24 to 48 hours. Any service request that is not caused by your device will be subject to travel charges.
