A weight loss and sensory evaluation test based on the parameter "overall acceptability", used to determine shelf life, was carried out by Intertek on carrot, freshly cut iceberg, fresh-cut tomato, strawberry, salami, and Kashar cheese samples stored in AeroFlow crisper and control refrigerator (without AeroFlow technology) for 12 days. Results were evaluated by comparing samples stored on the bottom front shelf of refrigerators.
